A. CHECK YOUR FAVORITE LOCAL STORE--help to keep them in business.
In these days of e-commerce, we have chosen to not turn our website into a shopping basket! We hope you support your favorite local music stores who are in business to support YOU in your music! We believe that your local music stores provide you with information, help and assistance as well as a good place to find people of common interests--and maybe even a few new tunes!! The mark-up on strings has kept many a music store in business when perhaps poor sales of larger ticketed items wouldn't! So many of the little "Mom & Pop" music stores that we dealt with, in the beginning, which have been the backbone of music in this country, have disappeared.
Our intention, on our Dealers Page, was to list dealers of whom we are aware, to whom we have sold our strings! We are generally not aware of stores who deal only with our wholesalers. However, we will be glad to list any music store on our pages, so that you know who YOUR local music stores are. If you have any additions or changes to make on the page, we will appreciate your letting us know!
Support your local dealers or else they will disappear and not be there when YOU need them!!

Hopefully, your local stores will already have our products. For any that don't, if you ask them, hopefully they will order our products for you! If they won't order them, then you follow your other options!!! We have provided you with the information about those websites who do carry our products.
C. FIND AN ONLINE STORE--we have them listed on the Web Dealer Page.
If you are unable to purchase the product you want through your local dealer or website, you can always order directly from us. Here are several ways to do it:
PHONE CALL
Phone us directly at 800/235-3302 to place your order. [The international access number is 01 - 610 691 3302.] We have a wonderful answering machine which will record all of the necessary information at any time of day or night. We need to know the following information:
a. product description and quantity;
b. your name and address and please specify you are giving us a mail or a shipping address;
c. your phone number or daytime contact number [so we can contact you if we have any questions about any of the above information];
d. credit card number, expiry date, and name on the card. We can accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express;
e. an email address would also be helpful and perhaps more direct.
FAX
Since you have a computer, use a text program and generate a sheet with all of the information listed in 1. above and fax it to us at 610/691-3304. [Add 01 for international access.] The best time to fax is after business hours. The line is most often busy from 10AM - Noon Eastern Time when we're online checking emails. So, it is perfect for all you night time people, and people on other time zones!

A couple of considerations:
Once you have placed an order with us using either of the above methods and we have your credit card information on file, you can email us orders directly at Jpinfo@aol.com. Please do not send credit card information by email.
International Orders will be shipped at cost so please use any of the above options and especially use credit card if possible. This is better for several reasons: it allows us to cover the shipping which can vary incredibly from one place to another and it automatically exchanges the currencies without further ado.
